Fit by Loren started with a simple belief — that fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective.

I’ve seen what happens when women pour everything into their careers, families, and responsibilities — and forget to pour back into themselves. Fit by Loren was born from a desire to change that.

I created this space for the everyday woman who doesn’t have hours to spend in the gym but still wants to feel strong, confident, and grounded. My approach blends structure and flexibility, so fitness fits seamlessly into your life — not the other way around.

Because when you feel strong, you show up differently — not just in your workouts, but in every part of your life.

You don’t need fancy equipment, endless cardio, or extreme diets — you need consistency, balance, and a plan that meets you where you are.

Each program I design — from Bridal Blueprint to Fall Shed — is created with purpose:

Who I Am

I’m Loren — a certified personal trainer, pilates teacher, and the founder of Fit by Loren.

My philosophy is built from years of training women who want to feel good and live fully, not live in the gym.

I’m also a fiancée, dog mom, business owner, and Kentucky girl who understands what “busy” really looks like. I know what it’s like to juggle a packed schedule and still want to prioritize yourself.

Through my own journey — from navigating PCOS to building a career in fitness — I’ve learned that strength is about more than how much you can lift. It’s about how you live, breathe, and take care of yourself.
